Each player must play at the level corresponding to that player’s birth date. The only exceptions to this shall be 1). At the Coaching/Player Development Committee/Hockey Director request to fill out the roster if a higher level needs additional players; or 2). At the player’s request if the player’s grade in school all or mostly plays at a higher level. A two-year move-up will not be allowed. It is recommended that each player plays two years at each level except for high school.
