Coaching

We would love our older players to get involved and give back to the younger players of our program. When a Jr Gold/19U player comes to help teach the little ones it creates a bond and interest for the game and may even draw the younger players to come watch their "buddy" play.

If you/your player would like to be a student coach please go to this page and watch the short video then fill out the form and return to wcoiler.registrar@outlook.com.

• All coaches must turn in a filled out reimbursement form, located under Resources tab on the Handbook and Policies page, to the Board of Directors
• You will be reimbursed for your USA Hockey Registration, Background Check, Modules and CEP Classes

Non-Parent Coaches:

• You will be reimbursed for your hotel rooms
• You will be reimbursed for food at $25/day
• You will be paid back mileage at a rate of $0.40/mile if you drive your own vehicle, ride sharing does not count for reimbursement
• Utilize the standard mileage list for locations located below
• This will be paid from WC to the furthest location driven to in a given weekend and back to WC
