LGND Performance Training
We are in the process of getting this finalized so all information might not be accurate at the moment.
LGND Rehab & Performance has partnered with the Oilers to run a hockey-specific dryland strength and conditioning program. It is designed to improve strength, speed, power, agility, endurance, and overall athletic performance while reducing injury risk. The program is designed and overseen by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, integrating evidence-based strength training, mobility, prehab, and movement quality with hockey-specific performance principles. Sessions will be coached by qualified LGND performance staff to ensure athletes receive high-quality instruction in a safe, challenging environment.
Each session will be run by McKayla Haugeberg and/or her staff from LGND and include a dynamic warm-up, speed and agility development, strength and power training, conditioning, and hockey-specific injury prevention exercises to help athletes stay healthy and perform at their highest level throughout the season.
